Nope, that’s the after effects of a cupping session. Now the marks don’t have to be that severe, you can apply the cups for less time or you can apply less cups. Cupping doesn’t hurt at all, in fact it feels a lot like a massage so it’s an ideal activity for a nervous beginner.
