Inclusivity & Respect Pledge

At The Society, we believe kink is for everyone.
Our community thrives when people of all races, genders, sexualities, body types, and abilities feel safe, seen, and valued.

We welcome Diversity: We affirm and respect Black people, Indigenous people, and people of color alongside LGBTQIA+ people, people with disabilities, and anyone who has felt marginalized or excluded elsewhere. We recognize that racism has long harmed our communities, and we actively work to dismantle it in our space.

We honor Identity: We respect people’s pronouns, names, racial and cultural identities, and chosen selves. Misgendering, deadnaming, racial slurs, or invalidating someone’s identity will not be tolerated.

We stand Against Discrimination: Racism, colorism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, misogyny, xenophobia and any other form of prejudice have no place here.

We promote Accountability: When harm occurs—whether through words, actions, or ignorance—we will listen, address it, and take action to protect our community.

We amplify Marginalized Voices: We commit to creating space for leadership, teaching, and expression from Trans people, Black people, Indigenous people, people of color, and other historically excluded groups.

This isn’t just words—it’s our practice.

Together, we create a community where every body and every voice belongs.
