No-Show & Late Policy \u2013 The Society<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Too many recent no-shows have led us to set a clear policy, effective now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No-Show Rule:
If you no-show 3 times in 6 months (without canceling), you\u2019ll be suspended from all Society events for 6 months.
This includes everything: classes, parties, game nights, vetting meals, whips in the park, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
How to Avoid a No-Show Penalty:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Can\u2019t come? Remove your RSVP from the event page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Running late? Message Ms Di or a group leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Play Party Attendance:
Only coming for the party? That\u2019s fine.
We appreciate a heads-up, but it\u2019s not required.
However, if you RSVP and don\u2019t show (with no message), that does count as a no-show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Emergencies Happen:
If something serious comes up, let us know when it\u2019s safe. No long explanation needed\u2014just a heads-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Repeated \u201cemergencies\u201d will be reviewed. Be honest and respectful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
